Hammond Bay Renovation

This project included a complete over haul of the exterior of this home.  New timber framed covered entry with a beautiful 8' tall fir front entry door.  We upgraded the garage door and repainted the entire exterior.  We created easier access to the rear of the house with a concrete stairway, accented with a stainless steel handrail and a ramp for the landscapers.  The front of the house got all new pot lighting installed in new tongue and groove soffits.  The rear of the house has a grand flag stone staircase that we installed a custom curved handrail for safety and ease.
