Monterey

We completed this project at the end of 2023.  This was a fun project in the Jingle pot area.  Started framing in June then moved onto the exterior siding.  Our air barrier got an amazing rating, followed by James Hardie siding.   We then finished the interior with hardwood flooring and a 100 year old mantle!
